Hartzlers' Charters and Tours,
Inc., was founded in 1984 by Daryl and Kay
Hartzler. It began as a hobby. In 1986 the first motorcoach was
purchased. In 1990 the tour and motorcoach business became a full time
business and has grown rapidly ever since. The Hartzlers now own 2
coaches that are used exclusively for nearly 150 tours each year.
Several seats have been removed for more leg room and comfort. Our
coaches also have a lounge area, four VCR monitors, kneeling action for
easier passenger loading, window screens and tray tables all adding up
to make very comfortable riding coaches. We have a brochure
with information on our Hartzlers' Tours clothing line.
Tours are offered year round and to all parts of the United States and
Canada. The tours vary in length from one to 31 days. A brochure is
available with a listing of our tours.

Reservations - To make a reservation, send the form from
the brochure along with a payment for the one day tour, or the deposit
for a multiple day tour. This reserves your place. If you do not have
a form...just print the information on a plain piece of paper and send
it to us and we will send you a receipt in a few days, and more
information about the tour. Approximately a week before the one day
tour, or two to three weeks before the multiple day tour, you will
receive information on the pickup points, and itinerary, and other
information to prepare you for the tour. If you do not receive this
information, please call 1-800-238-4333 to receive it.
REFUNDS
- Your deposit is fully refundable 30 days
prior to the trip unless otherwise stated. After that date, we will
refund as much as possible. The amount of the refund is based on
non-refundable, prepaid items, lateness, or no notification of
cancellation, persons on the waiting lists, and other circumstances. We
will refund as much as possible based on the above circumstances. To
help us in the refund procedure, please give us at least a 24 hour
notice if possible.

Luggage
- Price
includes luggage handling for one bag on most multiple day tours. A
smaller bag is also permitted and is the responsibility of the
passenger. They may be stored below in the luggage bin, or in the
luggage rack. A luggage tag for your large bag will be sent to you
prior to the trip.
Smoking - No
smoking is permitted on the motor coach. We do stop every 2 hours, or
so if possible for a rest stop. This allows everyone an opportunity to
walk around and stretch. Also, no consumption of alcohol on coach.
Credit
Cards - We do not take
credit cards in payment for our tours. We would need to increase our
prices if we did this. We feel we would rather work with people and
their payment schedules.
Gift Certificates - We
are happy to prepare gift certificates for you for all occasions.
Additional Tours - We are always adding tours, and when we do so, we
advertise them in area newspapers and will also list them on our web
site. We also do special mailings to those customers we feel may be
interested.
